Boston Scientific’s Black Entrepreneur Advancement and Mentoring (BEAM) program is an exciting opportunity for certified diverse small businesses to advance and develop through mentorship from industry executives.
Through BEAM, CEOs of diverse businesses will have the opportunity to discuss and receive feedback on their business, interact with other mentees, participate in structured learning sessions and enhance their leadership skills. Executives at Boston Scientific are eager to mentor diverse small businesses and continue to better understand their unique perspectives, to continue to position Boston Scientific as a world-class industry partner.
The BEAM program is a 12-month cohort-based mentoring program for black-owned enterprises including monthly meetings with a Boston Scientific mentor team, interactions with other mentees, and periodic structured educational sessions. Cohorts will include between 5 and 10 businesses. Businesses do not need to be current vendors of Boston Scientific to apply. The program is designed to be flexible and address challenges and topics unique to each individual business.
